To place an online order at Mennica.online, just follow these six simple steps:
1. CHOOSE THE PRODUCTS THAT INTEREST YOU
Find the products you are interested in from our list of product categories (Gold Bars | Silver Bars | Gold Coins | Silver Coins) and then add them to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
2. CHECK YOUR CART
The basket offers a complete overview of the overall value of the order, allows you to easily add or subtract the quantity of products previously added to the basket.
Once you are satisfied that your order is complete and ready for finalization, click the "Order" button at the bottom right of your shopping cart.
3. EXECUTION OF THE TRANSACTION
Then, in the checkout window, select the delivery method (personal pickup or insured shipment) and provide the required personal data - purchase as a registered user or without registering as a guest.
Then check if the entered data is correct, and then press the "Order" button, which is located at the bottom right of the transaction window.
4. CONFIRMATION
Your order has been placed and an invoice with payment information and instructions on how to transfer funds has been automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
5. MAKE PAYMENT
Make the payment via bank transfer. It may take 1-2 business days for your funds to be cleared depending on your bank. You will be informed by e-mail that we have received payment for your order.

It is worth noting that bullion coins are minted for investment purposes, as opposed to commemorative or collector coins. Usually they are also not limited in quantity. The weight of bullion coins is usually given in ounces (an exception is, for example, the Chinese Panda, whose weight is given in grams); by implication, of course, it is a troy ounce (1oz ≅ 31.1 g) used to determine the weight of products that were made of precious metals. Bullion coins are always marked in a special way. There are at least a few features that characterize bullion coins; these are: minted weight, gold marking and fineness, as well as the year of minting. This information should be visible directly on the product. Very often, bullion coins also have their face value stamped, but it should be borne in mind that it is the content of the metal (its type, weight and fineness) that determines the value of the coin.

Opening the CertiCard, i.e. breaching the packaging, is tantamount to damaging the bar, which may cause problems with subsequent resale. Therefore, it is worth taking care of the best protection of the purchased goods.

How to take care of gold?

-Do not remove coins or bars from their packaging (CertiCard, plastic caps, vacuum packaging) unless absolutely necessary.
-Always pick up coins and bars by their edges (preferably use white, cloth and clean gloves).
-Do not bite the gold to test its softness.
-Do not drag coins across any surface.
-When you remove the coin from its protective packaging, place it on a clean, soft surface. Velvet material is perfect for this. A clean, soft cloth or a blank sheet of paper may be sufficient for harder coins (900-917 gold coins).

Delivery and receipt of orders.

When placing an order in our online store, you can choose to deliver by courier or pick it up in person at one of our locations.
1. Delivery via Pocztex: after receiving the payment for the order, the products will be sent within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to the address indicated or to the collection point, such as Żabka or Orlen station (available points can be viewed by clicking on the map in the step when placing orders, after completing the address, the nearest locations will be displayed). Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.
2. Personal collection: we invite you to visit our facility at ul. Koszykowa 49A in Warsaw and pick up the ordered products in person.
In both cases, you will need a valid ID to collect the ordered products.

Shipment insurance.

Accepted Answer

All parcels sent by Mennica.online are fully insured. In the event of loss or damage to the insured shipment, we will send you the ordered products or we will refund the cash paid. The insurance covers only the time when the products are transported and expires when the Customer confirms receipt of the shipment.

Are precious metals subject to VAT?

Accepted Answer

Pursuant to the Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services, art. 125, points 1 and 2 Mennica.online, as a supplier of investment gold and silver, is obliged to keep records containing data on the buyer that enable its identification. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the data indicated in the form.
This means that with one-off purchases worth up to 15,000. EUR, you only need to provide your personal data (PESEL, name, surname). Above this amount, we are required to identify the client, i.e. confirm the authenticity of the stated data with the identity document.
The personal data entrusted by you is processed by Mennica.online except for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the aforementioned Act.

Securing the shipment.

Products are transported in closed protective packaging. Placed in a discreet, unmarked package, containing an additional filling to protect it from damage.

Question 15

I want to order a product that says "Out of stock" - what should I do?"

Accepted Answer

Products marked as "out of stock" are not available for order through our shop, mint.online. We understand how important it is not to sell products that we do not have in stock. In this case, we recommend that you contact us to verify when the delivery of the product is scheduled to take place.

Can someone else pay for / pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

The ordering party, the paying person and the recipient must be the same person, regardless of whether the payment for the order is made by bank transfer.

When buying gold or silver, am I obliged to pay the CLTT tax (tax on civil law transactions)?"

There is no such obligation. The price of the product visible on the website is the only thing the customer has to pay.

Will I get a receipt?

Each purchase is accompanied by a cash register receipt and a printed receipt from the system. Currently, you have a choice of two methods of delivering the invoice: traditional, attached to the order and in electronic form to the e-mail address provided by you.
